Position: Exec Admin
Location: Fully Onsite 5 days per week at the Hubert Humphrey building in DC
NEED TO BE WILLING TO BE PROCESSED FOR A PUBLIC TRUST CLEARANCE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities: Coordinating Executive's schedule (especially with internal and external offices - setting up meetings, rescheduling/cancelling meetings as needed, monitoring for meeting conflicts and discussing with Executive, ensuring Executive is starting/ending meetings generally according to schedule); Coordinating and printing meeting materials for Executive; Coordinating and overseeing other packages that Executive reviews (and feedback needs to be sent to submitters); Serving as ITAS timekeeper (making adjustment as needed, sending reminders to people to verify timecards, etc.); Assisting with conference room reservations for executives and staff; Assisting with monitoring and documenting approval packages; Assisting with executive motor pool reservations; Being available to greet, assist, escort visitors to the office suite; assist with travel (vouchers for local travel, trouble shooting vouchers/authorizations, etc.); assist with packages (e.g., tracking/submitting requests for new technology needs for feds/contractors); and other administrative or support tasks as identified by management.
