The Opportunity:
As the OMIS Site Lead at RAF Molesworth you will have the opportunity to manage a team of approximately 15-25 full-time employees (FTE's) daily while also supporting United States European Command J2's mission-focused priorities, collaborating with business partners, and providing direct support to the Program Manager to satisfy contractual requirements.
This is a hybrid position that will continue to provide mission focused support to the customer in addition to Site Lead responsibilities. The place of performance is RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Senior CACI representative and will conduct coordination activities with approximately 15 - 25 assigned CACI team members.
• Manage team contract deliverables to include, but not limited to, Operational Status Reports, Monthly Status Reports (MSR's), and conduct coordination and approval for team members' travel requests.
• Manage daily battle rhythm responsibilities to include, but not limited to, accountability, timecard compliance/accuracy, FTO requests, training and compliance tracking, and coordinating directly with the Project Lead and/or Program Manager to provide updates.
• Provide career mentorship to all assigned team members.
• Support the talent acquisition/recruiting process with interview support, as required, and forecast possible team manpower changes.
• Maintain a repository of historical program documents.
• Provide subject matter expert analytical support to EUCOM J2 priority mission requirements and lines of effort.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience supporting the EUCOM J2 and/or a EUCOM component command J2.
• Display a strong ability for crisis resolution, possess interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Previous military and/or civilian contract leadership experience managing small to mid-size teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint).
• Solid working knowledge of Deltek/Costpoint, Workday, and Chrome River.
• Knowledge of the CACI corporate enterprise.
• Ability to pass a panel interview.
Desired:
• Previous Defense Industry contract management experience at the team level or higher.
• Experience writing Job Vacancy Announcements and conducting corporate interviews.
• Experience coordinating with corporate resources to provide solutions.
• PMP qualification, or in-progress.
