This position is perfect for a sharp, inquisitive professional who excels at connecting data dots and managing sensitive information assets.

Primary Responsibilities
• Advanced Research & Querying: Execute targeted, high-priority database queries and conduct rigorous research to locate, retrieve, and deliver critical documentation across electronic, physical, and digital full-text repositories.

• Analysis & Quality Assurance: Analyze research outputs for mission relevance. Author comprehensive memoranda, written reports, and case studies documenting QA investigations, along with formal remediation recommendations.
• Information Governance: Maintain and organize classified library and archival systems, ensuring proper categorization, digitization (scanning/imaging), and long-term data preservation.
• Rapid Response Operations: Manage ad-hoc data calls, time-sensitive inquiries, and quick-reaction tasks to deliver high-quality reference services to a diverse IC stakeholder network.
Required Experience & Technical Skills:
• Database & Query Experience: 1–5 years of professional experience searching, querying, and navigating complex databases, with a proven ability to adapt rapidly to new proprietary software systems.
• Information Management: Solid understanding of records management, indexing, archiving, and data validation processes.
• Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and out-of-the-box problem-solving to resolve complex data anomalies and ambiguous research requests.
• Time Management: Highly skilled in prioritizing competing tasks and multitasking effectively under tight, mission-driven deadlines.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to draft professional memoranda and deliver proactive service to peers, technical teams, and senior management levels.

Professional Attributes:
• Self-Starter Mindset: A proactive individual who anticipates project needs, acts pre-emptively to seek clarification, and smoothly adapts to evolving workflows.
• Team Player: Cultivates strong, collaborative relationships with internal colleagues and external agency stakeholders alike.
