Job Description

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Lead AI Architect to support the Defense Intelligence Agency ( DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. The primary place of performance will be at DIA Facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR). CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI (adjudicated within the last 5 years)

Responsibilities:

This opportunity supports DIA's Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) initiative focused on advancing intelligence analysis through Agile program management, AI assurance, analytic innovation, and ontology development.

• The Lead AI Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, Testing, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation (TEVV), and operationalization of all AI algorithms and models.

• Provide technical leadership for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives supporting DIA analytic modernization efforts.

• Develop AI architectures, frameworks, and implementation strategies aligned with mission requirements.

• Oversee AI model lifecycle management, performance evaluation, and operational deployment.

• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of AI capabilities.

• Establish AI governance, quality assurance, and risk management processes.

• Support integration of AI solutions into intelligence analysis workflows and enterprise systems.

• Provide technical guidance on emerging AI technologies, best practices, and innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience leading AI implementation projects

• Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

• Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree
