Job Description
Spiral Solutions and Technologies is seeking a Senior ISR specialist to support the CJCS with planning, integrating, and coordinating ISR in support of strategic and global operations and advocating for ISR capabilities.

Requirements
ISR Modeling and Analysis (Journeyman) Position Requirements:

• At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant experience performing physics-based, discrete event step, high-fidelity modeling with detailed analysis support for modeling individual and integrated systems of systems for existing, emerging, and conceptual global ISR systems and associated TCPED process;
• At least five (5) years of experience utilizing the Integrated Intelligence Systems Simulator (IISYS) and C4ISR Space and Missile Operations Simulator (COSMOS);
• At least one (1) year of current experience, defined as within the past four (4) years, in military war game or theater campaign level modeling;
• At least four (4) years of demonstrated current experience, defined as within the past five (5) years, in modeling and analyzing military ISR architecture, systems, and associated TCPED process; and
• At least one (1) year of current demonstrated experience, defined as within the past four (4) years, in project leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

• Either possess or have the ability to earn an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) certification within six months of contract award;
• Demonstrated relevant work experience in approval to operate (ATO) acquisition and accreditation processes within the IC;
• Demonstrated experience and access in utilizing XACTA and understanding of XACTA policies and procedures.
• At least one (1) year of current relevant network design experience with LINIX operating systems;
• Demonstrated experience in LAN configuration management and system upgrades.

Contractor personnel shall each possess at least four (4) years demonstrated relevant current experience, defined as within the past six (6) years, with the following qualifications:

• Performing data extractions, transformation, and loading;
• Data warehouse management;
• Using COTS or GOTS data analytic software; and
• Content management using COTS, GOTS, or other content management programs and services including the following experience in utilizing:
• Data Analytics Software such as Tableau for data visualizations
• ArcGIS Portal & Insights for map creation and analysis;
• MS Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for data normalization;
• Data statistical analysis software;
• Python.
• Performing data cleansing and normalization;
• Building of data dashboards with access by customers;
• Understanding of the military operational environment;
• Understanding of defense collection management processes and supporting databases.
