Responsibilities
- Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and enterprise applications using SCCM, Intune, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
- Assist with patch management, software distribution, image creation, and endpoint compliance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues, perform routine maintenance, and escalate complex problems to senior staff as needed.
- Contribute to automation and reporting initiatives while supporting system security and performance.
- Work under the direction of the Lead and help ensure reliable, secure, and compliant endpoint services across the organization.
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Associate's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of IT experience.
- Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
