Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Red Hat Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade Linux and cloud-native solutions across complex environments. This individual will bring 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with multiple Red Hat technologies, including Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Satellite, Red Hat Edge, and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management and Advanced Cluster Security. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving containerization strategies, automating infrastructure, and ensuring secure, scalable operations across hybrid and multi-cloud ecosystems. This role requires a strong understanding of Kubernetes-based platforms, system administration, and modern DevOps practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and advise clients on best practices and architectural decisions. Candidates with an active security clearance (Secret, TS, TS/SCI, Poly, Q, etc.) are highly preferred, particularly for work within regulated or federal environments. Additional strengths include 5+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps experience, 5+ years of Linux administration, and 5+ years of general Kubernetes experience, demonstrating the ability to operate and optimize containerized workloads at scale. This consultant should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, troubleshooting complex systems, and delivering high-impact solutions that align with business and mission objectives. Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset are essential to succeed in this role.
