CACI is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive, to help build and grow CACI's Vetting Solutions marketplace and Agile Transformation pipeline within CACI's Digital and Enterprise Solutions (D&ES) Lines of Business.

This role will focus on identifying, qualifying, and supporting capture of opportunities tied to vetting solutions, personnel security, identity management, case management, adjudication support, continuous vetting, digital modernization, and Agile Transformation. The successful candidate will help shape CACI's market position, build customer and partner relationships, and translate customer mission needs into differentiated CACI solutions. This role requires strong collaboration, customer engagement, market awareness, and the ability to work across business development, capture, solution, and operational teams. Up to 50% travel within the continental United States should be expected.

Responsibilities:
• Build, qualify, and manage a D&ES pipeline aligned with CACI's strategic growth priorities focused on Vetting Solutions and Agile Transformation.
• Support the development of CACI's Vetting Solutions marketplace by identifying target customers, opportunities, partners, contract vehicles, and market entry strategies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities tied to personnel vetting, background investigations, adjudication, suitability, identity management, case management, continuous vetting, workflow modernization, and mission support services.
• Shape and support go-to-market strategies, including customer engagement, competitive analysis, partner alignment, solution positioning, and capture planning.
• Collaborate with industry partners, OEMs, and internal sectors to support teaming strategies and differentiated capture plans.
• Prepare customer account updates, opportunity briefs, pipeline reports, and capture materials to support Sector and Corporate decision-making.
• Support Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews with senior leadership.
• Track, assess, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, RFPs, and market activity within CACI's internal systems.
• Work across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to support compliant and compelling proposals.
• Support enterprise BD initiatives that improve pipeline discipline, reduce bottlenecks, and strengthen alignment across D&ES pursuits.

Qualifications:

Required:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of Business Development, capture, sales, account management, or growth experience supporting Federal Government technology or mission support opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise modernization, Agile Transformation, digital services, mission systems, or business process modernization opportunities.
• Understanding of Federal acquisition environments, customer engagement, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
• Experience supporting capture strategies, partner engagement, proposal development, and customer account planning.
• Ability to work effectively across business development, capture, solution, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams.
• US Citizen with an active Federal clearance, public trust, or agency suitability determination.

Desired:
• 8+ years of Business Development or capture experience supporting Federal Government technology, modernization, or mission support programs.
• Experience with vetting solutions, personnel security, background investigations, adjudication, suitability, identity management, case management, or continuous vetting missions.
• Experience with Agile delivery, workflow modernization, DevSecOps, cloud-enabled platforms, data platforms, or enterprise digital transformation.
• Familiarity with major Federal contract vehicles, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and task order-based growth.
• Existing customer or industry relationships across Federal Civilian, DoW, DHS, IC, or 4th Estate organizations.
• Active Federal clearance, public trust, or current agency suitability.
• Located in the Greater Virginia / National Capital Region area.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
