CACI is seeking an experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and supporting capture of Enterprise Platform Solutions, modernization, and Agile Transformation opportunities. This role focuses on the Department of War (DoW) within CACI's Digital and Enterprise Solutions (D&ES) Lines of Business.
You will support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities tied to enterprise platforms, digital modernization, software delivery, cloud-enabled transformation, DevSecOps, and Agile adoption. This role requires strong customer engagement, market awareness, collaboration across capture and solution teams, and the ability to translate customer mission and modernization requirements into differentiated CACI solutions. Up to 50% travel within the continental United States should be expected.
Responsibilities:
• Build, qualify, and manage a D&ES pipeline aligned with CACI's strategic growth priorities focused on DoW Enterprise Platform Solutions, modernization, and Agile Transformation.
• Support go-to-market strategies for digital modernization opportunities, including customer engagement, competitive analysis, partner alignment, solution positioning, and capture planning.
• Identify and pursue opportunities tied to enterprise platforms, software modernization, cloud migration, DevSecOps, Agile delivery, ITSM, data-enabled operations, and business process transformation.
• Collaborate with industry partners, OEMs, and internal sectors to support teaming strategies and differentiated capture plans.
• Prepare customer account updates, opportunity briefs, pipeline reports, and capture materials to support Sector and Corporate decision-making.
• Support Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews with senior leadership.
• Track, assess, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, RFPs, and market activity within CACI's internal systems.
• Work across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to support compliant and compelling proposals.
• Support enterprise BD initiatives that improve pipeline discipline, reduce bottlenecks, and strengthen alignment across D&ES pursuits.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of Business Development, capture, sales, account management, or growth experience supporting Federal Government or DoW IT opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise IT, digital modernization, platform solutions, software delivery, or Agile Transformation opportunities.
• Understanding of DoW acquisition environments, customer engagement, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
• Experience supporting capture strategies, partner engagement, proposal development, and customer account planning.
• Ability to work effectively across business development, capture, solution, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams.
• US Citizen, with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Desired:
• 8+ years of Business Development or capture experience supporting Federal Government or DoW technology programs.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud, DevSecOps, Agile software delivery, ITSM, data platforms, or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with major Federal contract vehicles, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and task order-based growth.
• Existing customer or industry relationships across DoW, Defense Agencies, or 4th Estate organizations.
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
