Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of the agency's identity and directory services.
- Manage on premises Active Directory, help with implementation of Azure Entra ID, and associated Group Policy Objects (GPO) while ensuring directory hygiene and secure domain configuration.
- Support ongoing modernization efforts that integrate legacy identity services with emerging DoW enterprise capabilities including Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Enterprise Services and DISA IdAM environments.
- Oversee daily access provisioning, account lifecycle management, authentication services, and audit compliance activities.
- Ensure that identity and directory services remain reliable, secure, and aligned with DoW requirements.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, network operations, and application owners to resolve incidents, issues and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in IT or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6-8 years in an IT related field.
- Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred Certification: MS Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Preferred Major in Information Technology.
