This role is essential to maintain mission readiness and support the increasing operational tempo and complex project requirements of the branch. The specialist will ensure the timely acquisition, accurate tracking, and efficient distribution of equipment and materials, playing a pivotal role in the success of ongoing and upcoming telemetry projects. Compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures will be a key aspect of this position, ensuring that the branch operates smoothly and effectively.

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
Minimum Required Hourly Wage:
$31.99

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement of specialized telemetry equipment, parts, and supplies in accordance with organizational and federal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all telemetry assets, including receipt, storage, issuance, and disposal.
- Track and report inventory levels, usage rates, and forecast future needs to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Manage shipping, receiving, and logistics for equipment and materials to and from test ranges, labs, and operational sites.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and technical staff to ensure timely delivery and availability of required items.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for procurement actions, inventory transactions, and logistics operations.
- Support audits and inspections by providing accurate records and facilitating access to inventory and procurement data.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and procurement processes.
- Assist in developing and improving branch logistics and inventory procedures.
Required Skills:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required
- 4 years of logistics or administrative experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must be willing to work on site in Norco, California
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
