Job Description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary:
• Analyze user requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities.
• Provide technical leadership for integrating requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design.
• Guide system development, integration, and test planning.
• Manage system and derived requirements, coordinating configuration control.
• Develop requirements for information assurance and cryptography.
• Utilize experience with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Agile processes, dataflow diagrams, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and linguistics.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 7+ years
• Total Compensation: $222k+ yearly (tentative)

Job Description:
• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead system design and development activities, guiding users in requirements formulation and advising on alternative approaches.
• Provide technical leadership for integrating requirements, design, and technology, incorporating new plans and systems into operations.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning, including system engineering management plans and integration and test plans.
• Manage system and derived requirements, ensuring compatibility with defined system architectures (e.g., DoDAF, SOA).
• Coordinate resolution of action items from Configuration Control Boards (CCB), design reviews, and test reviews.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams to design new capabilities and define system interfaces.
• Allocate real-time process and error budgets to system components.
• Derive lower-level requirements from higher-level allocations, ensuring completeness, correctness, and verifiability.
• Generate alternative system concepts, physical architectures, and design solutions.
• Develop derived requirements for Information Assurance Services (Confidentiality, Integrity, Non-repudiation, Availability) and security mechanisms (e.g., cryptography, access control).
• Review and provide input to program and contract work breakdown structures (WBS) and integrated master plans (IMP).
• Required skills include: Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, JIRA, Confluence, Agile/Scrum, Cryptography, Dataflow, Systems Engineering, Software Architecture, System Security, Integration and Test (I&T), Technical Team Leadership, Communications/Technical Writing, Requirements Analysis, Software Configuration Management, Software Development, Software Testing, Linguistics, Program Management.
