Are you ready for your next adventure? RTI Consulting LLC is currently seeking individuals for a proposal effort we are PRIMING.
Career Level: Junior
Location: Springfield, VA
Clearance required: TS/SCI or above, willing to take a poly after starting work.
Length of Contract: 5 years (1 base, 4 option years)
EST Start Date: Late Fall/Winter 2026
Description: As a junior analyst, this individual serves as the foundational support element of the program office. This role focuses on executing defined administrative and logistical tasks with a high degree of attention to detail, maintaining essential program documentation, and assisting senior team members with day-to-day operational activities to ensure the program runs smoothly and efficiently.
Required Skills:
• Demonstrated experience with office productivity tools, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must have an active TS/SCI or above, will to take a CI if not held.
• Ability to learn and execute established office procedures and standard operating practices with general supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Desired Skills:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced government or corporate office environment.
• Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems
Duties May Include:
• Assisting in the full lifecycle of meeting coordination, including booking conference rooms, preparing agendas, distributing materials, taking minutes, and tracking action items to closure.
• Maintaining the central library of program artifacts, including official records, deliverables, and key correspondence, ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Assisting in the preparation of basic reports, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets for internal and external use.
• Providing general administrative support to the program office, such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel, and processing routine requests.
