SIGDEV Analyst L1

Jovian Concepts, LLC is looking to hire a SIGDEV Analyst Level 1 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. 

A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered. This position is open to CCA candidates that meet the requirements. 

Description: 

Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. 

You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer access. The technology focus will be aligned with data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP. 

Applicant must be available to support 24x7 mission operation with a weekly schedule, working either Day Shift (0545-1345), Swing Shift (1345-2145), or Mid Shift (2145-0545) to include weekends and holidays. 

Requirements



A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered. This position is open to CCA candidates that meet the requirements. 

Required Skills: 

• At least eight (3) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support
  


• Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications
  


• Demonstrated experience using Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line
  


• Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems
  


• DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration
  


• Basic troubleshooting experience
  


• Ability to follow basic SOPs and documentation accordingly
  

Desired Skills: 

• Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450)
  


• Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
  


• Scripting experience (Bash, Shell and/or Python)
  


• Familiarity with Apache NiFi
  


• Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies
  


• Basic knowledge of network protocols
