Position Overview

Seeking a skilled and mission-driven Commercial Technical Targeting Analyst to support access opportunities and technical collection requirements across open source and classified information environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to verbally and graphically articulate analytical findings while maintaining a strong focus on mission integration across multi-disciplined teams and customer environments.

• Identify, develop, and support access opportunities and technical collection requirements in support of intelligence priorities.
• Conduct all-source analysis leveraging both open source and classified information to produce actionable targeting products.
• Develop and deliver written analytical products and oral presentations to senior leadership, mission partners, and customer stakeholders.
• Create graphical representations of findings, target packages, and collection strategies to support decision-making and mission planning.
• Support pre-operational and post-operational planning activities, including target development, collection gap analysis, and after-action assessments.
• Integrate targeting efforts with broader mission center objectives, ensuring alignment with collection strategies and operational priorities.
• Collaborate with collection teams to develop, refine, and validate technical collection requirements.
• Maintain situational awareness of customer culture, operational environment, and evolving mission requirements.
• Coordinate with Intelligence Community (IC) partners to synchronize targeting efforts and deconflict collection activities.
• Support mission integration efforts across interagency and commercial environments.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant field or 4 years of additional relevant experience
• 6-11 years of experience in targeting, with demonstrated proficiency in producing written deliverables and delivering oral presentations to senior audiences.
• 3-4 years of experience working directly within the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Experience in pre-operational and post-operational planning, including target development and collection requirement generation.
