Project Manager

Position Summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support the USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. This role involves managing specific work order execution, tracking schedules, and mitigating risks to ensure project success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Apply proficiency in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Utilize strong analytical and leadership skills to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting.
• Active PMP Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• DAWIA Level II in Program Management.

Required Education and Experience Equivalency

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• OR Minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects.

Required Certifications

• PMP Certification

Required Security Clearance

• Active Top Secret/SCI
