Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a TS/SCI Cleared MBSE/Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer to support a defense manufacturing partner in the Baltimore, MD area. This individual will be joining a team that is tasked with creating experiments and maximizing functionality of a space-related payloads.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
Assess team growth as needed to meet deliverables.
Lead cross-functional assembly, integration, and testing efforts to enable rapid system development and deployment.
Develop and maintain System I&T documentation, including test plans, schedules, and compatibility strategies.
Coordinate resources, schedules, and processes across engineering and production teams to ensure efficient assembly and testing execution.
Monitor performance, resolve integration issues, report status to stakeholders, and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement.
Compensation:
$60/hr to $90/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
