The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as a key integrator and coordinator, responsible for synchronizing operational activities across multiple functional teams in support of complex Government program objectives. This position provides direct operational support to the Technical Program Manager (TPM) by ensuring alignment of priorities, coordination of deployment activities, risk mitigation, and execution of mission-critical efforts across both CONUS and OCONUS environments.
The Operations Manager plays a vital role in maintaining operational tempo, enhancing stakeholder transparency, and ensuring successful execution of program objectives in dynamic and high-demand operational settings.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and synchronize operational efforts across multiple cross-functional teams in support of the Branch.
- Support the Technical Program Manager (TPM) in planning, execution, and oversight of operational activities and deployment requirements.
- Manage competing priorities, schedules, resources, and dependencies across geographically dispersed teams and operational environments.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Government stakeholders, program leadership, and operational teams to ensure alignment of mission objectives.
- Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues that may impact schedule, performance, or mission execution.
- Monitor program execution activities to ensure adherence to operational timelines, deliverables, and Government objectives.
- Support the development and maintenance of operational status reports, action trackers, meeting summaries, and leadership briefings to provide transparency into program performance.
- Support deployment planning and execution activities for both CONUS and OCONUS operations.
- Ensure operational processes, workflows, and coordination mechanisms are optimized to sustain mission effectiveness and program performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures, integration strategies, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Masters with 2+ years, Bachelors with 4+ years, HS/GED with 8+ years of project management or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience supporting complex commercial, Government or DoW programs in an operational, integration, or program management capacity.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multi-team dependencies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to evolving operational requirements.
- Experience supporting CONUS and OCONUS operational environments.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, or equivalent platforms.
Desired:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with operational planning, deployment coordination, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Government contracting environments and mission support operations.
- Aviation operations experience
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across diverse teams and leadership levels.
