Job Description
Mission Coordinator – LVC Integration Lead to support Marine Corps Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training operations at Marine Corps Base Quantico. This role supports Navy Surface Warfare Center – Corona (NSWC Corona) and is responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing complex distributed training events across multiple environments.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong technical expertise, operational coordination, and direct interaction with military, government, and contractor leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary LVC technical and operations SME supporting Marine Corps training events
Plan, coordinate, and execute live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training exercises across multiple sites
Collaborate with MTEN, NCTE, and JLVC teams to align systems, personnel, and event execution
Oversee implementation and integration of systems, including upgrades and new capabilities
Communicate technical issues, requirements, and event updates to leadership and stakeholders
Manage and track issues, risks, and resolutions using JIRA and Confluence
Support both onsite and distributed training events, including occasional travel for planning conferences
Adjust to non-standard hours to support global training events across multiple time zones
Required Qualifications
One of the following:
Bachelor’s + 9+ years relevant experience
Master’s + 7+ years relevant experience
PhD/JD + 4+ years relevant experience
OR High School Diploma + 13+ years relevant experience
Experience supporting operational and tactical-level warfare training, including LVC environments
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to engage senior leadership
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to upgrade to TS
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military leadership experience
Experience with tactical training range operations and management
Knowledge of C4I systems and operations
Familiarity with simulation tools (JSAF, HLA/DIS, Marine Constructive Suite)
Experience with USMC or aviation training systems
Work Environment & Expectations
Onsite role at MCB Quantico, VA
Requires flexibility to support after-hours and extended work schedules
Occasional travel required for event planning and coordination
