WO-010 Training Coordinator
Position Summary
The Training Coordinator supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by overseeing planning, execution, and reporting of all training deliverables. This role manages vendor engagement and ensures training execution aligns with performance objectives and funding requirements for OSINT reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations.

Job Description
• The Training Coordinator is responsible for conducting market research and identifying qualified training providers.
• The position requires soliciting and comparing quotes from at least two sources for each training event.
• Coordinators will coordinate scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
• The role includes reviewing deliverables for quality and completeness, maintaining training records, and providing monthly reporting.
Required Qualifications and Experience
The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, Data Science, or a related field; or
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in technical training or curriculum development.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
• Training program management and vendor engagement.
• Knowledge of OSINT methodologies and geospatial data analysis.
• ESRI ArcGIS exposure and/or dashboard analytics.
• Working with international partners and interagency collaboration.
• Training program assessment and evaluation.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Working knowledge of OSINT methodologies and geospatial data analysis.
• Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS and dashboard analytics.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural facilitation skills.
• Ability to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) (Preferred, Not Required)
• Instructional design certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
Clearance Requirement
• An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for on-site duty location.
