Position Overview
Trevity is seeking an experienced Analytic Methodologist to support the advancement of GEOINT tradecraft, analytic standards, and methodology development across the Intelligence Community.
The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for evaluating, developing, documenting, and implementing analytical methodologies that enhance GEOINT production, intelligence workflows, and mission outcomes. This role requires expertise in advanced GIS applications, National Technical Means (NTM) capabilities, intelligence processes, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into repeatable methodologies, tradecraft guidance, and training content.
The Analytic Methodologist will work closely with analysts, mission partners, and stakeholders to improve analytical rigor, support tradecraft modernization, and promote best practices throughout the GEOINT enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, evaluate, document, and refine analytic methodologies supporting GEOINT and intelligence operations.
• Assess existing intelligence workflows and recommend improvements to analytical processes, tradecraft, and operational effectiveness.
• Research, evaluate, and document traditional and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities and their application to intelligence missions.
• Apply advanced GIS methodologies to support the development of innovative analytical approaches.
• Translate technical intelligence capabilities and workflows into documented methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Evaluate intelligence policies, standards, and procedures to ensure analytical methodologies align with mission requirements.
• Collaborate with Intelligence Community stakeholders to improve GEOINT tradecraft and analytical consistency.
• Develop training objectives and methodology guidance based on intelligence capabilities and operational workflows.
• Deliver briefings, workshops, and presentations to intelligence professionals and stakeholder organizations.
• Support the development and improvement of training materials and tradecraft documentation.
• Provide expert recommendations on emerging technologies, methodologies, and analytical approaches.
• Support multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic mission environment.
• Travel up to 30% CONUS and OCONUS to support customer engagements and training events.

Required Qualifications
• Current Top Secret clearance with active SCI access.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative field and at least 4 years of experience applying advanced GIS methodologies, or equivalent GEOINT experience demonstrating senior-level proficiency.
• Working knowledge of:
◦ Traditional and non-traditional National Technical Means (NTM) sensors
◦ Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) capabilities
◦ GEOINT tradecraft and intelligence workflows
• Experience developing subject matter expertise and evaluating intelligence policies, standards, and best practices.
• Experience translating intelligence workflows and technical capabilities into documented methodologies or training content.
• Experience briefing audiences and delivering instructional or training materials.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask within operational and program management environments.
• Experience developing innovative approaches to GEOINT workflows.
• Experience using GEOINT tools such as:
◦ Maven Smart System
◦ Map of the World
◦ iSpy
◦ ArcGIS Pro
• Ability to travel up to 30% in support of mission requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
• Master of Science degree in Geography, GIS, Geospatial Analysis, Remote Sensing, Geodesy, Geophysics, Earth Science, Cartography, or related quantitative discipline.
• Experience researching and documenting unique or non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
• Experience transforming intelligence capabilities and operational workflows into learning objectives and training programs.
• Experience supporting the development, review, and enhancement of intelligence training materials.
• Operational experience working with vector data and geospatial datasets.
• Experience supporting NGA or other Intelligence Community organizations.
