Position Overview
Trevity is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Full Motion Video (FMV) Analysts to support intelligence operations through the exploitation and analysis of airborne ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) sensor data.
This position offers a unique opportunity to enter or advance within the Motion GEOINT field. Selected candidates will complete a comprehensive three-week formal FMV training program followed by extensive on-the-job training. Analysts will develop expertise in FMV tradecraft, ISR exploitation tools, intelligence reporting, and operational support while directly contributing to critical national security missions.
Successful candidates will analyze Full Motion Video feeds, produce intelligence products, support operational decision-making, and provide real-time intelligence updates in dynamic mission environments.

What You'll Do
• Learn and apply FMV tradecraft through formal classroom and hands-on mission training.
• Exploit Full Motion Video (FMV) collected from airborne ISR platforms.
• Analyze imagery and integrate all-source intelligence information to support mission objectives.
• Produce imagery-derived intelligence reports, graphics, and analytical products.
• Publish intelligence products for dissemination to customers and mission stakeholders.
• Compile intelligence materials and briefing products for senior government and military personnel.
• Accurately input, manage, and maintain mission data and intelligence records.
• Utilize electronic light tables and imagery exploitation tools to analyze National Technical Means (NTM) imagery.
• Maintain situational awareness during dynamic operations and communicate intelligence findings in real time.
• Support intelligence operations while adhering to established tradecraft standards and reporting requirements.
• Maintain analyst qualifications and required proficiency standards.

Required Qualifications
• 3 years of intelligence analysis experience OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Completion of a formal Intelligence training course resulting in an Intelligence MOS or equivalent intelligence certification (e.g., All-Source, GEOINT/IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.).
• Ability to work rotating shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence during high-tempo operations.
• Strong analytical, writing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete routine operational tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite:
◦ Word
◦ Excel
◦ PowerPoint
• Understanding of the intelligence cycle and intelligence production processes.
• Typing proficiency of at least 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy without looking at the keyboard.
• Ability to accurately distinguish red, green, blue, and yellow colors displayed on a video monitor.
• Must successfully complete the customer FMV training course (or have completed it within the previous year).
• Must obtain and maintain FMV analyst certification and required proficiency standards.

Preferred Qualifications
• Basic understanding of national-level imagery product standards.
• Experience exploiting Full Motion Video and understanding sensor capabilities.
• Familiarity with FMV operations and the TCPED process (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination).
• Experience exploiting national imagery products.
• Basic understanding of imagery analysis methodologies.
• Experience communicating intelligence findings during fast-paced operational environments.
• Prior GEOINT, IMINT, ISR, or imagery analysis experience.
