Title: Director, Strategic Growth Office (SGO)

Location: Hybrid / Northern Virginia

Reports To: Senior Vice President, Strategic Growth Office

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI preferred not mandatory

Position Overview

Everfox is seeking a highly strategic and operationally focused Director to support the Strategic Growth Office (SGO), a CEO-prioritized organization responsible for accelerating enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, mission-aligned innovation, and long-range value creation across the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure markets.

This individual will routinely interface with executive leadership, strategic partners, government stakeholders, and cross-functional business units to help position Everfox as a next-generation defense technology leader.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Execution
  • Support the development and operational execution of the enterprise Strategic Growth Office roadmap aligned to FY26-FY30 corporate objectives.
  • Identify and drive high-priority growth initiatives that accelerate revenue expansion, market differentiation, and enterprise valuation.
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives across Sales, Product, Strategy, Marketing, Alliances, Business Development, and Operations.


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in defense technology, cybersecurity, intelligence, enterprise software, or federal market strategy.
  • Experience supporting or leading strategic initiatives in a high-growth or transformation-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of DoD and IC mission priorities, acquisition environments, and modernization initiatives.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Experience operating cross-functionally across sales, product, engineering, strategy, and executive leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous, and highly strategic environments.

A reasonable estimate of the on-target earnings ("OTE") for this role is between:
$253,700.00-315,100.00 USD

The actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to the OTE, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
