Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Support installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VMware and Citrix environments.
- Assist with virtualization infrastructure implementation and operational sustainment activities.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health.
- Support patching, upgrades, system migrations, and technical refresh activities.
- Assist with storage, backup, disaster recovery, and enterprise hosting operations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support cybersecurity compliance and RMF activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and system configurations.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Windows server environments and networking fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) year of technical experience in support of VMWare or Citrix projects.
- The contractor shall have a TOP SECRET (TS) facility clearance (FCL) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access (TS/SCI).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and enterprise storage technologies.
