Software Engineer Lead

Overview: Insight Global is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead a small Agile team supporting the Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) for the U.S. Space Force’s Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM). This team builds live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training environments that allow Guardians to test, train, and develop tactics in real-world scenarios.

Must-Have Qualifications
• Active Secret clearance (must be eligible for TS/SCI)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus in at least one area:
○ Modeling & Simulation (M&S): Tools like STK, AFSIM; integration into applications
○ 3D Data Visualization: Cesium, STK, ArcGIS, Unity; GIS/game/simulation environments
○ Systems Integration & Testing: APIs (REST, ASP.NET), C#/C++ integrations in DevSecOps environments
• 10+ years in Agile leadership roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar)

Compensation: $65-85/hour
