REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Active TSSCI
• BS and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with senior stakeholders to gather and understand technical requirements
• Experience working with developers to translate requirements into a product
• Experience working within SharePoint to create documentation, workflows, and graphics
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Experience working within the DOD/ DISA environment

Day to Day:
An employer is looking for a Business Analyst to sit at Fort Meade. This candidate will be joining a team of 5 Knowledge managers and SharePoint Developers. This person will be the liaison between the senior stakeholders and the SharePoint Developers to create, edit, maintain SharePoint sites for their teams information. This person should be comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders to gather, understand the requirements and communicate those to the he developers to create the sites. In addition, they will implement change management and track policy and procedures to update stakeholders to address change requests and application defects from receipt through review, analysis, development, and installation.
