ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support one of our operating divisions.
This role is a hybrid position with on-site being in our Moorestown, NJ office, and follows a 9/80 schedule: 9 hours Monday through Thursday (week 1) and day off first Friday with two remote days. Week 2 is 9 hours Monday through Thursday and Friday is an 8 hour-day with 3 days remote .
This role is supporting contract management activities in a division focused on ASRC Federal's Defense portfolio. This position will
serve as the primary Contracts point of contact with our customers and is responsible for all aspects of the contract administration
life cycle from cradle to grave.

Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of contracts administration experience or MBA and 3+ years of experience or related activity.
- Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
- Experience with all forms of government solicitations (RFP, RFQ, and other forms) and managing all forms of government contracts (Cost Type, FFP, T&M, ID/IQ contracts), including reviewing and understanding pricing, representations and certification.
- Must be experienced with MS Office Products (e.g. Word, Excel), and capable of learning and using company-specific programs
Responsibilities:
- Compliance with contracts policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and functional performance standards to facilitate effective implementation within program objectives and requirements.
- Counsel and serve as main resource on all matters of a contractual nature.
- Negotiate favorable agreements to include NDAs, TAs, contracts, analyze and resolve OCI issues, participate in the preparation and submittal of proposals and development of bid strategies.
- Represent the company in matters of contract, pricing, or performance reviews as may be conducted by agencies of the federal government.
- Ability to foster collaborative working relationship with a wide range of stakeholders to include Contracting Officers and CORs, Operations, Program Control, Pricing, BD/Capture, Procurement, and HR.
