Role Overview
Our client is seeking two Business Analysts to support a multi-agency initiative, working with up to 12 different stakeholders. This role is focused on true business analysis—not financial analysis or administrative support—and requires individuals who can independently interpret complex requirements and drive them into actionable technical specifications. The Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing large, detailed requirement packages submitted by various agencies. They will translate these business needs into structured, developer-ready documentation, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with project objectives. This role requires close collaboration with both clients and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and effectively implemented.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2-3+ years of relevant experience
Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Justice Public Trust as a condition and continuation of employment (clearance sponsorship not offered at this time)
Desired Qualifications
• Proven experience working directly with developers and technical teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business stakeholders and technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize large, complex documentation into clear, actionable specifications
• Highly articulate, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong critical thinking skills
• Experience gathering and managing requirements across multiple stakeholders or organizations is preferred
• Prior experience supporting government clients is a plus
• Candidates must demonstrate authenticity in their experience, as resumes will be reviewed for AI-generated or inflated content
