Job Description

Senior Technology Analyst

TQI Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Analyst to support the development, integration, and optimization of management information systems and compliance-driven technology solutions supporting Department of Defense and Department of the Navy mission requirements.
This position is responsible for technical analysis, system administration, reporting solutions, workflow automation, and system integration activities. The Senior Technology Analyst will interface directly with program offices and stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that support operational effectiveness, audit readiness, compliance tracking, and data-driven decision making..
Responsibilities:
• Lead the analysis, development, testing, implementation, and support of management information systems and workflow solutions.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform applications supporting compliance-focused workflows, including protocol tracking, approval routing, audit readiness, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting solutions, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and leadership visibility.
• Manage system integrations, data workflows, and configuration management activities.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft SharePoint sites, permissions, libraries, and associated data structures.
• Support all phases of the system and product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and sustainment.
• Collaborate with program offices, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify operational requirements and implement effective technology solutions.
• Ensure systems and workflows comply with applicable federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and Department of the Navy (DON) security and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit readiness initiatives, process improvement efforts, and compliance reporting activities.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and end-user assistance as needed.
This is a full time, salaried, exempt position. Salary Range $85K - $92K DOE
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing and supporting management information systems
• CompTIA Security+ Certification
• Experience supporting all phases of the product lifecycle, including analysis and design, coding, testing, documentation, and configuration management.
• Proven experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform applications.
• Experience supporting compliance-driven workflows, including protocol tracking, approval routing, audit readiness, and reporting.
• Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint sites and associated data management processes.
• Current and active Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), or equivalent successor certification.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Department of the Navy (DON) systems and operations.
• Experience supporting Federal, DoD, and DON human research protection requirements
• Active security clearance is required.
