Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-03).

Additional information
- Coordinate procedures relating to financial management, acquisition, implementation, distribution, and logistical support for the hardware, software, supplies, and services required by the project.
- Plan, conduct, and direct highly complex reviews and initiate reports which are provided to higher headquarters and other commands with recommendations on the best courses of action for the project.
- Presents organizational briefings to convey strategic programmatic vision.
- Project major project milestones and events necessary to complete the strategic implementation of the acquisition project.
- Defines, integrates, and implements strategic technical direction for vital programs with long-term impact on the Commands modernization priorities.

- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position.
- Selectees must meet position requirements for certification at Level III (Advanced) in the Acquisition Career Field Program Management) within 48 months of entrance on duty.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 25% of the time.
- The duties of this position require submission of, on an annual basis, OGE 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top-Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident.
