Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders
-Enter the service request details into Proprietary Application to initiate a telecommunications request.
-Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after entry.
-Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning
-Must have an active Secret clearance
