Program Scope (Can be READ but not SENT to candidates): SageGuild is supporting NAVAIR program management on their Smart Sensor Payload development. This is an AI enabled, autonomoy software and hardware system that supports the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MGTF) Unammed Expditionary (MUX) Medium Altitute Long Endurance (MALE) platform.
Must-Haves
Active Top Secret Clearance
PMP Certification
8+ years of experience in Program Leadership/Management for product/development based programs
Ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance (CSP) and provide briefings/reporting to customers and key stakeholders
Ability to manage a team of 20-40 technical engineers across a matrixed/cross functional organization

Active TS/SCI Clearance
Prior experience supporting programs with the United States Navy or Marine Corps
Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Top Secret Cleared Program Lead for a defense client in Patuxent River, MD. This individual will be helping to manage a technology development contract consisting of roughly 30 engineers. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary program management lead ensuring alignment with government customer acquisition standards.
Assist in developing and executing acquisition strategies, program plans, and lifecycle activities from initial concept through sustainment.
Oversee and monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics while supporting financial planning, budgeting, and contract execution.
Coordinate across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure alignment among engineering, logistics, contracting, and financial stakeholders.
Maintain program schedules, track key milestones, and proactively identify risks with recommended mitigation approaches.
Lead and support program reviews, technical meetings, and stakeholder engagements to drive execution and communication.
Conduct analysis and develop reports, dashboards, and executive briefings to inform leadership decisions.
Deliver advisory support to leadership and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and program execution.
