The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Software Developer n Operational Systems Engineer to support customer applications and maintain a web-based front-end application hosted on our customer's infrastructure. Scope includes operational planning, tools available to execute technical operations. In this role you will support software systems design, requirement review, sprint planning and completion, legacy migration and O&M. This position is part of a team of developers who create and maintain several mission applications aimed at improving the integrity and usability of our client's data. Candidate should be a self-starter and possess a willingness to dive into new technologies when appropriate. Agile methodology is used.

Responsibilities:
- You'll be part of a multi-faceted team of computer operators, SMEs, system experts with a joint task of developing web-based systems that improve efficiency, usability, automation and standardization for our client
- Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand user requirements will enable you to deliver innovative solutions to the design and build of new web applications
- Ability to research, analyze, prioritize, problem solve, and work several tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and to integrate into a multi-discipline team and take a team-based approach to solving complex problems
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills; be able to work in a high-impact, busy office, and work well in an open collaborative environment
- Daily Scrum participation and preparation
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Computer Engineering), with a minimum of 15+ years' experience in a relevant technical field to the position
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with polygraph
- 10 years of recent Java experience
- Spring Boot experience
- 15 years of full stack development experience
- 5 years implementing in an AWS/C2S environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to interface with a variety of customers to translate requirements into design and development
- Ability to understand requirements and develop those requirements into solutions partnering with end users
