Job Summary:
The Candidate shall provide unit and force-level intelligence support to subordinate ACC units in support of operational mission readiness, contingency operations, and intelligence enterprise preparedness. Utilize analytical tools, TTPs, databases, applications, and web-enabled capabilities to provide operational units with intelligence support, readiness assessments, and mission-focused solutions necessary to execute Air Force and Joint operational requirements. Apply knowledge of and experience with Air Force intelligence operations, specifically unit-level 1N0/14N intelligence support functions, to identify operational gaps, readiness trends, and capability shortfalls impacting mission execution and deployment preparedness.
The Candidate shall coordinate across functional and operational organizations to synchronize readiness efforts, compile and analyze operational data, deliver assessments of intelligence readiness, and support wartime task execution across the ACC intelligence enterprise. Support Unit Level Intelligence (ULI) readiness initiatives by assisting in the posturing of intelligence personnel, systems, training, and operational capabilities in alignment with Agile Combat Employment (ACE) and AFFORGEN requirements. Travel may be required as part of readiness assessment and operational engagement teams supporting subordinate ACC units.
The Candidate shall facilitate identification, tracking, and resolution of intelligence-related issues involving personnel readiness, deployment requirements, operational training, mission systems, software, processes, and workforce capabilities while supporting continuous improvement of intelligence mission readiness across ACC organizations.

Essential Functions:
- On behalf of ACC, analyze DoD policy and program documents for consistency, accuracy, compliance to existing guidance, and thoroughness and be able to assess during unit readiness visits.
- Conduct staff assistance, unit engagements, and readiness assessment visits, providing hands-on evaluations and training to ACC units in support of their wartime mission and provide written AARs within five duty days.
- Through both unit visits and virtual meetings, lead unit specific readiness assessment processes and synchronize input across ACC staff in partnership with Higher Headquarters (HHQ) and other organizations, as required.
- Review and conduct trend analysis on unit self-assessment and Inspector General Inspection data.
- Seek and maintain situational awareness of unit issues and concerns by monitoring and providing unit intelligence data for inclusion on A2 unit- support websites.
- Assist with all A2 Intelligence forums including, but not limited to, the annual unit-level working groups, semi-annual Lead Wing Working Groups, quarterly SIO/Supe Syncs, monthly ISR Leadership Orientation Course, and other ACC unit intelligence working groups, as necessary.
- Assist in evolving deployed and reach back Contingency Intelligence Network capabilities, focusing on scalability, reliability, flexibility, and efficiency.
- Assist in updating ACE CONEMP theater, functional, and equipment annexes and align readiness visits for OT&E investments prior to entering unit AF Force Generation (AFFORGEN) Ready/Available phases.
- Coordinate with SIOs/SELs to submit UFRs and administer the FoJ funding program.
- Assist Unit Support and Readiness Team Chief in maintaining and strengthening relationships with other MAJCOM and NAF staff.
- Assist in tracking after-action items from all working groups and engagements and act as team facilitator via EPMS.
- Attend and provide feedback from ULI Targeting Forums, and ULI Geo-Spatial/GEOINT Meetings.
Position Requirements
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Minimum 7 years of Air Force intelligence or operational readiness experience.
- Prior experience as a USAF 1N0, 14N, or equivalent intelligence professional supporting unit-level intelligence operations.
- Strong understanding of Air Force intelligence operations, deployment readiness, and operational support activities.
- Experience supporting readiness exercises, inspections, operational evaluations, or contingency operations.
- Ability to work effectively across operational, technical, and leadership teams in dynamic mission environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting ACC, NAF, Wing, or Squadron intelligence operations.
- Familiarity with AFFORGEN, ACE, deployment readiness systems, and Air Force operational planning processes.
- Experience supporting ISR operations, intelligence readiness programs, or contingency mission support activities.
- Previous experience supporting operational intelligence units at the MAJCOM or higher headquarters level preferred.
Education:
- Master's Degree
