To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by one year of experience exercising supervisory personnel management responsibilities; advising staff regarding policies, and procedures, and interpreting and applying broadly defined training objectives.

- Makes decisions on work problems presented by subordinate supervisors.
- Recommends personnel awards and changes in position classification to higher-level managers as appropriate.
- Leads the division in analyzing information derived from training needs analyses to identify and devise strategies to address the gaps between this optimized program and the current state of training.
- Provides critical data required to update and maintain the Command's Joint Mission Essential Task List (JMETL).
- Leads efforts to precisely define/ refine/document cyber training requirements, priorities, and content for the Command, within parameters defined.
- Collaborates with training program managers to identify common training requirements and optimize investments by identifying gaps and overlaps, and sharing resources.
- Addresses subordinates' concerns, whether perceived or real, and follows up with appropriate action to correct or eliminate tension in the workplace.
- Ensures that subordinate supervisors have effective interpersonal, communication, and managerial skills to supervise in a workplace with diverse employees.
- As assigned, functions as Government representative to evaluate contractor performance and compliance with quality controls.
- Exercises responsibility for identifying issues early and initiating corrective actions through senior contractor staff.

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.
- This position has been designated mission essential. Employee may be required to remain on duty or report for duty during severe weather or other installation closings.
- This position is Mission Essential. In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
- A one year Supervisory Probationary Period maybe required.
- Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft up to 25% of the time.
- Three-year trial/probationary period may be required.
- This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program.
- The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R (Condition of Employment for Certain Positions Identified as Critical Under the Drug Abuse Testing Program).
- The incumbent must pass urinalysis testing, as required, prior to appointment, reassignment, or transfer and periodically thereafter.
- The incumbent must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.
- Must submit a Financial Disclosure Statement OGE Form 450. This position requires pre-emolovment financial disclosure and annually thereafter.
