CACI is looking for a Deputy Service Integration Lead to join our team on the Transport & Cybersecurity Services (TCS) program supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). TCS provides innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA GEOINT mission.
The Opportunity:
As the Deputy Service Integration Lead, you will support the Service Integration Lead in overseeing multiple Project Managers and ensuring the successful delivery of transport and cybersecurity projects across the program. You will provide strategic leadership, program-level oversight, and coordination across all project activities to meet customer mission objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Service Integration Lead in managing and mentoring multiple Project Managers across various transport and cybersecurity initiatives
• Provide program-level oversight for project management activities from inception to completion across the portfolio
• Ensure alignment of all projects with customer objectives, program goals, and contract requirements
• Coordinate cross-project resources, schedules, and dependencies to optimize program performance
• Develop and maintain program-level processes, standards, and best practices for project execution
• Review and approve project plans, risk management strategies, and resource allocation across multiple projects
• Facilitate resolution of cross-project conflicts, resource constraints, and escalated issues
• Participate in and provide input to Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Award Term briefings, and executive-level reporting
• Ensure proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, vendors, and service providers across all projects
• Monitor program-level budgets, schedules, and quality metrics to ensure successful execution
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and security teams to ensure integrated delivery of IT services
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across the project management organization
• Serve as primary backup to the Service Integration Lead and assume full responsibility in their absence
• Represent the program at customer meetings and stakeholder engagements
• Ensure compliance with Assessment and Authorization (A&A) requirements in accordance with ICD 503
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field (i.e., Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science); additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• 10+ years' experience as an Information Technology Project Manager for DoW/IC Agencies, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Task Order Management experience with budgets at or above $25M
• Must have active TS/SCI
• PMP Certification (Active)
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile processes and methodologies
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple project managers and leading large, complex projects
• Expert-level knowledge of project management principles including stakeholder management, risk management, budget oversight, and schedule management
• Proven track record of developing and implementing program-level strategies and standards
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Extensive customer management and interface experience with senior-level stakeholders
• Strong leadership abilities with proven success in leading, mentoring, and delegating to teams
• Experience managing distributed matrix teams working in multiple locations simultaneously
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft applications and Project Expert proficiency in Microsoft applications and Project Management software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
• Deep knowledge and experience with National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) processes and procedures
• Ability to think strategically while managing operational details
