• Active Top-Secret SCI Clearance
• MA/MS with 10+ years’ experience; BA/BS with 15+ years; AA/AS with 17+ years; or HS/GED with 19+ years.
• Proven ability to apply the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) at a senior level, including participation in planning conferences, COA development, and mission briefings.
• Demonstrated experience instructing diverse audiences (junior through senior personnel) in a military training environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to brief and advise senior leaders during planning and execution.
• Experience in pre-deployment training, FTX/LFX/VALEX events, and technical exchange exercises.
• Domain specialization(s) include: Ground Operations (Dismounted and Mobile, Army and Marines).
• Possess a high level of proficiency in UxS/C-UxS technologies, systems, operations, and adversarial TTPs.
• Experience applying new technologies, emerging threats and adversarial TTPs into training programs.
• Meet all program specific Aircrew Training Program (ATP) requirements.
• Experience working in joint, interagency, and coalition environments.
• Ability to complete CRC requirements and deploy greater than 60 days.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

• Hands-on experience with COTS multi-rotor and fixed-wing UAS platforms, including operational and hobbyist use.
• FAA Part 107 Certification

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a UxS/C-UxS Ground Training Specialist to support a large government customer in Alexandria, VA. This role focuses on training military and government personnel on unmanned systems (UxS) and counter-UxS operations within the ground environment. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and training experience to help improve mission readiness and ensure these systems are effectively used in operations.
Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom, hands-on, and computer-based training on unmanned systems and counter-UxS operations
Train personnel on system operations, maintenance, and ground-based tactics
Support new equipment fielding and training events
Evaluate student performance and adjust training based on skill level and feedback
Simulate real-world threats to prepare teams for adversary UxS tactics
Assist in developing training materials, including manuals and course content
Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and threats related to unmanned systems in the ground domain
Operate UxS platforms (launch, flight, recovery, and system checks) during training exercises
Provide guidance on integrating UxS capabilities into mission planning and execution
Travel to various locations, including potential deployment environments, to support training.
$30/hr to $55/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
