CODEplus is seeking a Program Manager to support its operations in Rockville, MD.

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of all services performed under the BPA Call and serving as the primary point of contact for contractual, operational, and delivery-related matters. This role provides overall program leadership, ensures alignment with organizational objectives, and works collaboratively with NRC stakeholders, vendor partners, and internal teams to drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery.
The Program Manager manages program execution across all task areas, monitors performance against established objectives and service levels, coordinates resources, mitigates risks, and ensures timely communication of program status, issues, and resolutions. This individual is also responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, supporting strategic planning efforts, and promoting best practices that enhance operational effectiveness and modernization initiatives.
The ideal candidate possesses a combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership experience supporting large-scale IT operations, infrastructure support, or modernization programs. The individual must demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating across stakeholder groups.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Program Management experience.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT programs or BPA/task order level efforts
Experience supporting infrastructure operations, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing performance, risks, schedules, and deliverables in a federal or regulated environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with Government stakeholders and vendor partners
