Overview

BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Signature Reduction Management Officer (Senior) to support sensitive operational planning, management, and oversight activities within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience supporting Signature Reduction (SR) operations and other specialized intelligence activities in complex and high-tempo mission environments.

This position requires a seasoned intelligence professional with strong leadership, operational coordination, and staff management expertise capable of supporting sensitive mission requirements, enterprise-level coordination efforts, and strategic operational planning across IC and DoD stakeholders.

The selected candidate will provide mission management, operational synchronization, and executive-level support related to Signature Reduction and specialized intelligence activities while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, directives, and operational security requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Senior Signature Reduction Management Officer supporting sensitive operational activities and strategic intelligence mission requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate Signature Reduction (SR) operational support activities, mission synchronization efforts, and enterprise coordination initiatives.
  • Provide operational oversight and management support for sensitive and specialized intelligence activities across IC and DoD environments.
  • Coordinate with government leadership, operational elements, and interagency stakeholders to ensure mission alignment and operational effectiveness.
  • Support strategic planning, operational coordination, and execution of sensitive intelligence mission requirements.
  • Maintain accountability of staffing actions, personnel coordination efforts, and dissemination of mission-critical information across the command.
  • Organize and facilitate senior-level meetings, operational briefings, working groups, and executive coordination sessions.
  • Provide staff management and action officer support related to operational planning, mission management, and enterprise coordination.
  • Develop executive-level briefings, operational summaries, status updates, and mission assessments for senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), operational policies, and security requirements.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools to support mission coordination, reporting, and operational management.
  • Support additional duties, responsibilities, and mission activities as required.


Qualifications

Required Clearance
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Must be willing and able to successfully complete a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph examination with a No Deception Indicated (NDI) result on a pre-appointment and periodic basis

Education

Required
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

Required
  • BOSC
  • FOSS
  • APC

Military / Government Training Requirements
  • Graduate of a U.S. Government Intelligence Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) producing school or Intelligence Community equivalent

Experience Requirements
  • 15+ years of full-time experience in management or leadership positions
  • 10+ years of full-time experience supporting:
    • Signature Reduction (SR)
    • Sensitive intelligence activities
    • Specialized intelligence operations
    • Within the last 10 years
  • 5+ years of staff/action officer experience supporting intelligence organizations, including:
    • Maintaining accountability of staffing actions
    • Organizing senior-level meetings and briefings
    • Coordinating personnel actions
    • Disseminating information across command environments

Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools
  • Strong understanding and experience applying Intelligence Community Directives, including:
    • ICD 203
    • ICD 206
    • ICD 300
    • ICD 501
    • ICD 704
    • ICD 707
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting Signature Reduction and sensitive operational activities
  • Strong operational planning, mission coordination, and enterprise management experience
  • Experience supporting senior government leadership in complex operational environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while operating independently in high-tempo mission environments
  • Strong interagency coordination and stakeholder engagement capabilities across IC and DoD organizations
  • Ability to maintain operational security, mission integrity, and compliance in support of sensitive intelligence activities
