Responsibilities
- Managing enterprise knowledge management practices to ensure consistent, high-quality information sharing across IT services.
- Responsible for curating, maintaining, and publishing accurate and accessible technical and procedural content in the enterprise knowledge base.
- Working closely with subject matter experts, the analyst captures institutional knowledge and transforms it into actionable content that supports service desk operations and self-service initiatives.
- Responsible for upholding governance standards, monitor content effectiveness, and continuously improving knowledge assets to align with ITIL-based service delivery and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Knowledge Business Administration, Management, Communications, IT, Information Management/Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT field; demonstrable technical writing experience
- Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred degree in Information Technology.
