ISEA - Lead CNO Python Developer
Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph

At ISEA, we engineer mission advantage. We are seeking a Lead CNO Python Software Engineer to support next-generation cyber capabilities in a high-impact environment supporting national security missions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to demonstrate solid knowledge of application containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
• Performing system and subsystem definition, preliminary and detailed design, design implementation, and subsystem and system integration and tests for a system.
• Researching requirements for a product, including CNO deployment environment, performance criteria, and competitive issues.
• Analyze user requirements and system capabilities to resolve problems and design new capabilities or recommend improvements.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and modify software, and assist with developing and executing test procedures.
• Write and review software and system documentation
• Coordinating and performing software deployments for developed products.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college or University with 7+ years of programming experience (OR 11+ of programming experience in lieu of a degree).
• Experience with developing Software and systems running Windows and Linux
• Experience with Python programming
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and Ansible
• Experience designing and maintaining Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with VMWare
• Experience with Java
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Subversion/GIT experience
• Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira, Crucible)
• Software troubleshooting and debugging experience
• Unit Test Experience
Citizenship and Clearance Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
• US Citizenship is required
