Join a mission-driven U.S. Government Intelligence Community customer as a Technical Program Analyst. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of commercial remote sensing, mission analytics, and strategic stakeholder engagement. You will help drive cross-program alignment by transforming complex technical and operational insights into clear, compelling, and mission-focused communications for senior leaders.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. - Analyze program performance metrics; develop dashboards; and synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers
- Deliver executive-level communications support-including message development, internal event coordination, executive briefing materials, talking points, speeches, and strategic narratives
- Coordinate cross-functional planning and stakeholder engagement across interagency, industry, and Congressional audiences
- Improve reporting processes, workflow efficiencies, and integration between analytics, operations, and communications
- Translate highly technical intelligence, mission, and technology content into accurate, accessible messaging tailored to diverse audiences
- Maintain consistent organizational messaging, brand identity, and style standards across all products and engagements
- Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to deliver visually compelling graphics, layouts, and digital storytelling products
- Assess the effectiveness of communications, processes, and engagements; provide data-informed recommendations for improvement
- Deliver high-quality products under tight deadlines in a dynamic, high-tempo environment
- Support internal and external outreach initiatives, briefings, and events as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Science, or related field with 6+ years relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4+ years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting the U.S. Government or Intelligence Community
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and evolving requirements in fast-paced, diverse environments
- Exceptional analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools and commercial remote sensing
