Job Summary:
The Candidate shall provide operational and modernization support to ACC A3/2D Future Operations Branch activities in support of Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. The position supports ACC efforts focused on operational test and evaluation (OT&E), modernization planning, intelligence capability integration, and future force development.
The Candidate shall use knowledge of AF DCGS operations, ISR enterprise capabilities, force modernization, and emerging operational concepts to assist with future operations planning, capability fielding, and operational integration efforts. The Candidate shall also support ACC initiatives tied to AOC/AF DCGS/Targeting convergence, interoperability, and integration with Joint and Coalition mission partners.
The position requires the ability to analyze strategic guidance, support planning and programming efforts, develop operational recommendations, and produce executive-level products supporting ACC intelligence modernization priorities.

Essential Functions:
- Support AF DCGS program management and monitoring of intelligence mission organizations, systems, tradecraft, non-materiel solutions, and policy initiatives with emphasis on future operations and modernization efforts.
- Assist with integration of emerging operational concepts, advanced tradecraft, technologies, and ISR systems to improve interoperability between AF DCGS and Air Force, DoD, Joint, and Coalition mission partners.
- Provide support to ACC planning, programming, budgeting, and modernization efforts through analysis of materiel and non-materiel solutions, modeling and simulation activities, and cost analysis.
- Develop strategic plans, concepts of operations (CONOPS), program defense narratives, executive correspondence, staff packages, and briefing materials supporting operational and programmatic priorities.
- Analyze and interpret National Defense Strategy (NDS), National Military Strategy (NMS), Air Force guidance, and emerging concepts including ABMS, JADC2, and Joint Warfighting Concepts to provide recommendations supporting future AF DCGS operational environments.
- Assist ACC leadership with operational assessments, modernization initiatives, and capability integration activities supporting intelligence enterprise transformation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support modernization planning, operational synchronization, and enterprise-wide ISR capability development.
- Participate in working groups, planning teams, and collaboration forums supporting future intelligence operations, capability integration, and operational test activities.
- Support development of recommendations related to intelligence systems, operational concepts, enterprise modernization, and future capability employment.
- Prepare reports, analyses, executive summaries, and decision-support products for senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
Position Requirements
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Active TS/SCI government security clearance.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting Air Force intelligence operations, ISR operations, AF DCGS, operational planning, or related mission areas.
- Knowledge of Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) operations, ISR enterprise capabilities, and intelligence modernization efforts.
- Familiarity with operational test and evaluation (OT&E), force modernization processes, and future operational capability integration.
- Understanding of Air Force, Joint, and DoD intelligence operations, planning processes, and operational concepts.
- Experience supporting senior leadership through development of briefings, strategic documents, staff packages, and executive correspondence.
- Ability to analyze complex operational and strategic guidance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across operational, technical, and leadership teams.
- Experience with emerging operational concepts such as ABMS, JADC2, and Joint Warfighting initiatives is highly desirable.
Education:
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree with additional relevant operational experience may be considered.
