A ServiceNow Engineering Lead will have significant experience with ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to lead all technical aspects of a large ServiceNow modernization and operations & maintenance (O&M) program. The program uses ServiceNow to provide agency-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) at a federal agency. The agency's desire is to upgrade the current platform, improve monitoring and reporting of disparate datasets and metrics, and supplement service delivery with the integration of AI-enabled automated assistance. The Engineering Lead is responsible for the effective and efficient envisioning, integrating, configuring/tuning, and sustainment of the software and supporting processes essential to ensuring the required visibility into the end-to end performance of supported infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
-Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
-Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related technical field.
-3+ years of recent and relevant experience as a service provider, providing design, development, integration, configuration, and O&M of ServiceNow automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
-ServiceNow certification(s)
-AWS certification(s)
-Experience in training, integrating, and/or deploying AI chatbots.

We foster a collaborative environment where every voice is heard, and we invest in our people through mentorship, professional growth, and meaningful opportunities.
If you're looking to join a small, high-performing team where your happiness and work truly matter, Canundra may be the place for you.
Our Benefits:
Canundra offers its consultants highly competitive salaries and benefits including:
-11 Federal Holidays (12 if there’s an inauguration).
-4 weeks (160 hours) paid time off.
-Flexible schedules.
-Fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
-Every hour counts: We pay for all hours worked beyond 40—whether it's solving a tough challenge or contributing to a proposal. We want you to love your work, but we’ll never expect you to work for free.
Canundra is an Equal Opportunity Employer that strives to attract and retain the best talent. We consider all qualified applicants, regardless of disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
