The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Systems Analyst (Logistics) to join our dynamic team supporting United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) N41. In this role, you will be the backbone of our project's data integrity, operational tracking, and translating customer needs into actionable development tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong aptitude for data management and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will work closely with the Project Manager, technical leads, and developers to ensure seamless data operations and translate complex operational requirements into actionable technical guidance to drive project success.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, elicit, capture, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements. Produce timely and high-quality requirements-related work products, including requirement specifications, process flows, and Agile User Stories (US)/Acceptance Criteria (AC).
- Perform current state analysis of existing business systems, applications, and functions. Document, analyze, and assess current business processes and underlying systems to support data extraction, cleaning, and the NOSS to ERP+ integration.
- Plan, facilitate, and execute system, functional, performance, and usability testing for projects and enhancements. Monitor system performance and identify data anomalies to ensure development outputs meet defined Acceptance Criteria.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, reporting workflows, and requirements gathering processes, increasing team efficiency and reducing manual errors.
- Develop business and use cases associated with new project requests. Design, generate, and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports for project leadership and government stakeholders (USFFC N414).
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Shall possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline.
- In addition to the education requirements above, Senior Business Systems Analyst (Logistics) must have a minimum of eight years of experience in a combination of Navy logistics and Navy logistics AIS management.
- As a substitute, eight years of experience in a combination of Navy and logistics and AIS management. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.
Desired:
- High proficiency in data manipulation and tracking. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex nested formulas (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP), PivotTables, Power Query, and data modeling (SQL or similar tools). Demonstrated experience within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience operating within an Agile/Scrum project management framework (e.g., using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with Navy ERP, or legacy AIS systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain operational needs to technical developers and technical constraints to operational stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality work.
