Job Description
Job Title: Senior Database Engineer
Company: Raytheon/RTX
Duration: 12 month contract
Clearance: Cleared ( TS/SCI w/ Poly )
Location: Aurora, CO
Must Have:
• 6+ years of progressive experience administering databases in clustered and containerized environments, supporting mission‑critical applications across Linux platforms, including Ubuntu Linux
• Extensive hands‑on experience leading database architecture design and refinement, including system‑level decision‑making for scalability, performance, resiliency, and security in complex environments.
• Expert‑level proficiency performing installation, configuration, ongoing maintenance, and high‑urgency troubleshooting of enterprise database systems in production environments.
• Perform administrative and maintenance tasks on PostGRES databases.

Insight Global is currently seeking a Principal Database Administrator to join a talented team that develops enhancements and modifications to existing software systems. The successful candidate will provide database administration to high priority infrastructure/systems.
