In your role as the SecOps SME/Instructor, you will support the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) by managing and supporting the day-to-day execution of Security Operations (SECOPS) course materials development and course instruction. You will work in collaboration with the onsite Program Manager (PM), supervise associated contract personnel, and deliver SECOPS curriculum in support of mission requirements.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution of work described in the SOW, including Course Materials Development for SECOPS curriculum and Course Instruction
- Supervise associated contract personnel supporting SECOPS curriculum development and instruction
- Work for, and in collaboration with, the onsite Program Manager (PM) to ensure contract requirements and training objectives are met
- Instruct SECOPS curriculum in accordance with established course standards and Government requirements
- Support development, review, and refinement of SECOPS course materials
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders, course leadership, and instructional staff to support effective course delivery
- Monitor instructional execution and support timely resolution of performance or delivery issues
- Ensure assigned SECOPS training activities are completed in accordance with the SOW and mission requirements
Your Qualifications
- Five (5) years demonstrated experience related to Security Operations, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Ability to manage the day-to-day execution of SECOPS course materials development and course instruction requirements
- Ability to supervise associated contract personnel
- Ability to work for, and in collaboration with, the onsite Program Manager
- Experience supporting SECOPS-related courses, including BOSC, FOSS, PAC, SSIC, ISAC, and ECO-Classified
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
