Job Description:
Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Strategic Planning & Operations Analyst with expertise in Marine Corps logistics systems to support HQMC LPI initiatives. This individual will have the following responsibilities/goals:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Strategic & Long-Range Planning efforts:
* Proven ability to develop, document, and track long-range strategic plans and organizational roadmaps.
* Experience in translating high-level goals into actionable objectives and key results (OKRs).
* Skills in facilitating planning sessions and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
to align with strategic priorities
- Support Executive-Level Product Development:
* Expertise in researching, synthesizing, and presenting complex information in
clear, concise, and professional formats.
* Demonstrated ability to produce a variety of executive-level documents, including briefing slides, white papers, strategic reports, and formal correspondence.
- Provide Advanced Administrative & Organizational Support:
* Experience providing executive-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling complex meetings, and handling sensitive communications.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail for proofreading, formatting, and records management.
* Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, & Outlook) for creating presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
* Proficiency with collaborative platforms like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
* Experience with project management or task-tracking software is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in U.S. Marine Corps Logistics
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field of study
- Knowledge and experience in working with stakeholders within HQMC I&L, CD&I, and MARCORLOGCOM, and MARCORSYSCOM.
- Familiarity of the organization structure of the Marine Corps operating forces, the Support Establishment, Reserves, and other DoD agencies
- Have a mastery of HQMC administrative organization, processes, and procedures
- Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior military logistician with tours of duty at Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps, Installations & Logistics (I&L) and/or Field Supply & Maintenance Analysis Office (FSMAO) teams
- Proficient in official messaging applications to include ETMS2 and AMHS.
Security Clearance:
- Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
