Software Engineer (Junior-Level)

Full-Time | On-Site | TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph Required

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer with at least 4 years of software development experience and a technical bachelor's degree to support development efforts in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze user and system requirements to support software design and development
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues
  • Develop and enhance software features based on defined requirements
  • Integrate software components and external applications using APIs and related technologies
  • Apply secure coding principles throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Design and implement algorithms that meet functional and performance requirements
  • Assist with the development and execution of automated testing frameworks and procedures
  • Design, modify, and optimize software solutions using mathematical and analytical models

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of software development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (additional experience may be substituted where applicable)
  • IAT Level II certification or equivalent certification meeting federal cybersecurity requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
