Training Course Developer / Instructor - Operational ELINT (OpELINT)
Overview
We are seeking a Training Content Developer and Instructor specializing in Operational Electronic Intelligence (OpELINT). This role focuses on developing and delivering training on the analysis of intelligence derived from radar and jammer emissions; aircraft; spacecraft; missile command links and telemetry; automated beaconing; navigation systems; and tracking and control systems. Additional sources include radio-frequency characteristics associated with warfighting, security, criminal activity, and other mission areas.
Responsibilities
• Develop, update, and deliver OpELINT training courses, modules, and presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date subject matter expertise in OpELINT and related analytical methods.
• Collaborate with teammates to develop, refine, and present instructional materials.
• Solicit, evaluate, and incorporate student and stakeholder feedback to improve course content.
• Ensure accuracy, relevance, and currency of all OpELINT training materials and supporting documentation.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences in both written and verbal formats.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of technical teaching experience and/or curriculum development (military, academic, industry, or OJT).
• One of the following experience pathways:
• Without a technical bachelor's degree:
-8+ years of OpELINT experience within the last 15 years
-Successful completion of SIGP2500 "Introduction to Operational PROFORMA Fusion"
• With a technical bachelor's degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or similar):
-8+ years of OpELINT experience within the last 15 years
• Experience in one or both of the following areas:
-Python coding
-Machine Learning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for developing and presenting training content.
